The bestiary likens this annoying boss to the terminators as it cannot be reasoned with. Dubbed "Veronator" this boss' power level is over 9000 and is extremely difficult to defeat.
However its greatest strength is also its greatest weakness. Veronators "woman brain" can be defeated by level 8 Logic attacks.
Make sure you have the passive "Quietly Brilliant" materia equipped as well. As the boss cannot be reasoned with, Quietly Brilliant allows the beast to believe it is always right and is what will be its undoing, giving you loads of EXP!
Also lolz... Oh man, I just lolled again at "woman brain"!
